Tryouts are emotional, and every team sounds great in the pitch. Grade each team on the 10 things that actually matter, then compare scores with a clear head. Use it at the parent meeting, or right after.
For each question, tap the answer that best fits what the team told you or showed you. If they couldn't answer, pick "No." That tells you something too.

How to read your score
16–20: a well-run program. It's a strong choice if the cost and drive time work for your family.
11–15: mixed. Go back to the "No" answers and ask follow-up questions before you sign.
10 or under: a lot of unknowns. Keep looking. A good fit is worth waiting for.
The score is a tool, not a verdict. One "No" on arm care can matter more than three "Yes" answers on everything else, so read the red flags, not just the total.
