AmericanThe short versionAHA is the free home base for baseball and softball families, from a first glove to college. It gives you honest education, a way to find instructors, teams and leagues, a free national hitting contest, college recruiting help and free tools. Everything here is free, and so is membership.
Honest education
Straight answers to the questions families actually ask: how much a 12-year-old should practice, whether fall ball is worth it, what to do when your player doesn't make the team, and how to talk to a coach. The AHA Hitting Standards show where your hitter stands for their age in exit velo and bat speed. No hype, no sales pitch.

Go Hitting Challenge
A free monthly national hitting challenge your player can enter from home, with leaderboards by age, an Improvement Champion and AHA gear for winners. It gives players a reason to keep getting better all year.
